St George is a convenient gateway to Zion National Park as well as the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. It is also within easy driving distance of Bryce Canyon National Park and Cedar Breaks National Monument. The city makes a great base came for day trips to any of these areas, or a good starting point for national park excursions.
